BTSQ – Scriptures To Shape Your Attitudes and Actions

BTSQ – “Beyond the Status Quo”

Attitudes shape actions. Our attitudes, therefore, should be based on God’s view of the following five core areas:

  1. God (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit)
  2. Yourself
  3. Others
  4. The Bible
  5. The Church

Below are some Bible verses for you to meditate on that will begin shaping your attitudes and hopefully will lead to godly actions.

As you read, keep the following questions in mind:

  • What does this verse/passage tell us about God (Father, Son, and/or Holy Spirit)?
  • What does the passage tell us about people?
  • What is God calling people to think, be, and/or do?
  • What adjustments in your attitudes and actions do you need to make in relation to what God is revealing through His Word?
